Microsoft Surface

A short description about "Surface" And "Surface Pro" Tablets.

Microsoft Surface is a series of tablet(Tabs) PCs designed and marketed by Microsoft. The Surface(Tablet) will be available in two versions, "Surface" and "Surface Pro". "Surface" will run the Windows RT operating system and use an ARM CPU.

While,"Surface Pro" will run the Windows 8 Pro operating system and use an Intel CPU.There is  10.6-inch Display, 16:9 widescreen HD Display (Surface), or Full HD Display (Surface Pro). The product was announced by Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer at a Los Angeles event on June 18, 2012, at Milk Studios.

Magnesium chassis, vapour deposition coating, cutaway edges, the design credentials and the specs for Microsoft’s new tablet are impressive and in the flesh this is a excel piece of hardware that looks good – and is practical too.

It’s thin, it’s light, it’s comfortable to grab, it runs Windows RT as excellently as you’d expect, it makes you want to touch it but it’s also designed so you can snap the magnetically attached cover into place – in no way similar to any competitor idea…

However, you will not be able to get the Surface tablet until Windows 8 ships – and we can’t get its big brother, the Intel Core i5 Surface for Windows 8 Pro, for another three months after that.
